We are expanding our reach and looking for motivated professionals to join our growing team.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive patient acquisition and grow our client base. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential patients, guiding them through our offerings and helping them schedule consultations with our expert dental team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.

  • Qualify inbound leads from digital marketing campaigns, responding promptly and professionally.

  • Educate potential patients about our dental implant solutions, pricing, and treatment process.

  • Schedule consultations and follow up with leads to ensure a smooth patient journey.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • Strong ability to persuade and build relationships with potential patients.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.

  • Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.

Specific Job Roles

  • Attend to new "Leads" assigned in the CRM tool within less than 10 minutes.

  • Maintain fluid communication with clients, plan, and facilitate all coordination for the sale of medical treatment.

  • Keep the status of "Leads" and "Deals" updated in the CRM.

  • Achieve assigned sales goals.

  • Ensure proper communication between patients and doctors.

  • Lead all communication with patients and doctors formally: all agreements must be in writing and use the official channels of the CRM tool.

  • Manage and send treatment plans to patients.

  • Follow up with patients during their recovery period.

  • Maintain proper organization of the "Experience" module in the CRM.

  • Enter all types of complaints in the "recall" module in the CRM.

  • Provide patients with constant feedback on their medical treatment.

  • Seek opportunities for growth in the company's client portfolio.

  • Do everything possible to positively impact the well-being of our patients. We want to see smiling people whose lives improve through treatment with MedforLess.

  • Study and understand medical terms and the types of treatments offered by MedforLess using the induction document provided.
